How to File a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Ultimatelyscheduled Pest Control wants each homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Handle
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Ultimatelyscheduled Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you raise and what they say.
You can still tell us. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. Providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Be aware that Ultimatelyscheduled Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your concern is how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in California.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@ultimatelyscheduled.property and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and the outcome you want
After You File
We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Finally, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
